Runs ClearOS, 8GB ram, 60GB SSD perfectly. I guess Intel could support Linux a bit better, no 64 bit graphics drivers and no driver for at least one of the on board temperature sensors. With bios optimizations enabled the bios boots in a few seconds. Runs a bit warmer than I assumed but does not need a fan (yet).

Das Selbe Mainboard habe ich bereits seit einigen Monaten als Router in Gebrauch, ist sehr schnell, stabil und selbst mit passiver Kühlung (achtung! MUSS in einem entsprechenden Gehäuse entsprechend positioniert werden (in meinem Fall senkrecht, für die Luftzirkulation) ansonsten stirbt es den Hitzetod bei passiver Kühlung) nur Handwarm (das Gehäuse) und lief bisher ca. 8 Monate ohne auszuschalten.

Good MB. I use it for a firewall. I started by installing Windows 7 from a USB stick in order to update the bios. No problem to install, but no graphic card driver.
Then I try to install Ipfire and pfSense from a USB stick... impossible. There is a known problem with that MB and that type of OS. Even it was possible to install Windows 7.
Finaly I installed Ipfire from a CD and it was OK. It means that it's necessary to have a DVD reader just for installation.
