Intel D945GCLF2D : Like D945GCLF2, but without TV-Out !

Successor of Intel D945GCLF Mainboard. Differences :
- Dual Core Atom CPU
- 1000 Mbit LAN
- Additional onboard-USB-header
- 24pol ATX

The Atom-CPU is a perfect basis for a low-cost system. It works very energy saving and therfor is perfect for mobile usage. But also can be used as a server, Car-PC or Multimedia solutions.

Atom-CPU mainly was developed for the upcoming „Mobile Internet Devices“ (MID), which are fielded between notebooks and cell phones. „The processors were equipped in 45nm production with the worlds smallest transistors“, said Intels Vice President Sean Maloney.

As IT-world currently is crying for „GreenIT“ schreit, this mainboard can be the answer. For example Intel was able to reduce the power consumption of the CPU from precessor D201GLY2 from 20W to 2.05W, which is really incredible ! Here other mainboards can not compete with !

Recht Leistungstarkes und Einsatzfähiges Mainboard. Wer nicht soviel Geld ausgeben möchte trifft mit diesem Mainboard eine gute Wahl

I bought this motherboard as a replacement for the intel d945gclf2 with the only difference that it didn,t have a tv out at the rear which didn,t bother me as i wouldn,t be using that feature in my car .

i installed it into a morex mini itx case and it fitted inside the case perfect and so far seems a very good motherboard and fast enough as my new carputer and able to handle everything that i have threw at it .

the first thing i noticed was it doesn,t get to hot at all for a motherboard which has a small fan as standard and is prob the most ideal motherboard to be used in a incar enviroment without the worry of bad battery drain ,i would def buy another the next time i decide on another carputer project and i was really happy with the service from car tft and the quick delivery to the uk ,thanks again :)

ottimo prezzo / qualità del prodotto.
Ho aggiornato per questa scheda madre da un vecchio EPIA M10000, l'aumento della velocità e rensponse (CarPC con RideRunner) è impressionante.
La ventola sulla GPU non è un problema
a tutti (io ero preoccupato inizialmente).
Hai installato con 1MB di RAM a bordo e con una M2-ATX PSU: essere sicuri di acquistare il cavo aggiuntivo P4 se si esegue la stessa configurazione (è possibile anche utilizzando un cavo 5.25P4, ma poi hai bisogno di uno splitter in quanto la M2 Fornisce solo una potenza di uscita .. anche se ne ha bisogno per altri scopi come me).
La GPU non ha alcun problema in esecuzione i video 720p (non ho testato FullHD film, non avrebbe senso per me, con un monitor piccola auto).
Molto consigliato! HO tradotto un intervento perchè concordo pienamente!
