Truck Navigator GPS CarTFT.com is a professional truck navigation software for Android smartphones and tablets.
It calculates truck-specific routes, taking into account truck attributes such as clearance heights or truck

Die Zielführung ist sehr gut, wie man es gewohnt ist.
Der Autozoom ist allerdings sehr schlecht. Auch auf langer Autobahnfahrt wird auf Maximal-Zoom gegangen und man sieht die nächsten 200m. Das ist bei den anderen Versionen besser.
Der Download ist nur einmal möglich. Man sollte also nicht vergessen sich eine Sicherung anzulegen. Sonst ist nach Werkseinstellung oder Neukauf des Gerätes die Software futsch. Da sollte unbedingt drauf hingewiesen werden
Pauschal bewertet:
- Software läuft stabil auf Android 4.0.4
- gute, Ansage ohne Schnick-Schnack
- vernünftige Streckenführung, berücksichtigt alle Restriktionen
Trotzdem fehlt so einiges:
- Keine Testmöglichkeit vor dem Kauf
- Software und Lizenz nur per Download (ein Hinweis darauf und auf eine Datensicherung wäre angebracht z.B. Geräteneukauf)
- Streckenführung nicht änderbar (Oft werden Strecken über Umwege (nicht Umfahrungen) geführt. Da sollten die Fahrzeugdaten je nach Profil ausschlaggebend sein. Gerne sendem wir Ihnen hierzu diverse Printscreens.)
- Das einfügen von Zwischenzielen fehlt gänzlich ! (weder per Tastatur noch per Kartenpunkt setzbar !!) Dies ist im Transportwesen ein NO-GO ! eine Verbesserung für diese Preiskategorie wäre angebracht !
- Offline-Planung z.B. am PC und deren Übergabe wären wünschenswert (mit unserem alten Outdoor-Garmin C276 war das ein Klacks - und hat nun fast 10 Jahre auf dem Buckel). Mindstens sollte es eine preislich vernünftige Erweiterung hierfür geben, z.B. Plugin o.ä.
- Trotz Europa-Version werden die benachbarten Länder (DE / FR) leer angezeigt - was soll das ?
