CTF800 V3 - VGA 8" TFT - Touchscreen USB - PAL/NTSC - IR Remote - Audio
| 24.05.2009 I have used a CTF800 for my earlier Car PC project, a Ford Fiesta MK4, and it is very good for the price! Usability is good on 8" using the native resolution, and readability is clear even in the bright day light. Very sturdy, but somewhat bad ball joint in the mount, is too weak. Better to mount it directly on the car, and not on the stand.

| 24.05.2009 I used this board for my previous Ford Fiesta project, and still use it nowadays. Very good board, very stable and fast enough for most applications. My car uses my own software, which was designed and tested on this board, allowing for nice integration with all hardware. Also it has very low power consumption, leaving some watts left for a large disk and DVD drive. Good buy! Not recommended for Windows Vista or Seven though. Use Ubuntu or Windows XP.
